- Analyze and resolve unusual problems by determining alternate solutions and providing insights to financial processes
- Improve the workflow process
- Implement the integration of business activities or processes into the SSC, such as system upgrades and new businesses
- Support miscellaneous collections/billing/cash application tasks
- Perform month-end close activities: domestic and international
- Perform other duties as assigned and serve as a backup in other process areas
- 2 years of experience as a Finance Analyst or similar
- Degree in Business Administration or professional
- Experience focusing on Billing and Customer Satisfaction
- Utilize Pivot Tables and V-Lookups
- 1 year of suggested minimum experience in Credit and Collections or Customer Service
