Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team at Kinseth Hospitality. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our hotel sales department with various administrative and sales duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering hotel phones, greeting visitors, and providing information as requested.
  • Distribute incoming mail, process outgoing correspondence, and manage shipments through UPS and FedEx.
  • Maintain the sales office files, ensure the sales office is kept neat and clean, and stock the business center.
  • Prepare sales reports as directed and update reader boards.
  • Manage office supplies, forms, and create door signs for meetings.
  • Finalize Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and rooming lists for functions.
  • Conduct property tours and handle transportation requests.
  • Meet and/or exceed individual quantitative revenue and production goals set forth by the General Manager and/or Director of Operations.
  • Prepare sales kits, client gifts, and send thank-you letters.
  • Follow up on payment issues/adjustments with the property accountant and corporate office as necessary.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must be able to:

  • Stand for long periods, use hands to handle objects, and talk or hear.
  • Walk, reach with hands and arms, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Have close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Working Conditions

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
