Position Overview:

The Client Support Specialist will be responsible for managing support inquiries by gathering pertinent information from clients in accordance with established protocols and documenting this within the company’s CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Efficiently manage a pipeline of support cases.
  2. Identify, prioritize, and explore solutions for issues raised by clients.
  3. Communicate effectively and understand how to relay client feedback to internal teams including R&D, QA, Product Development, and Leadership.
  4. Occasional travel may be necessary for training or other professional events.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer or technical support role.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and support software.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in computer applications.
  • Attention to detail is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • College degree or technical certification in a relevant field.
  • Experience in the dental industry, including labs, dental schools, or dental offices.
  • Familiarity with 3D printing technology or dental workflows.
