Position Overview

Join a dedicated team of compassionate Registered Nurses at a modern psychiatric facility. We are currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses to provide exceptional psychiatric nursing care as integral members of a multidisciplinary team. This role is specifically for night shifts.

*Starting salary may be negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

Work Environment

Responsibilities are primarily conducted in a clinical setting. There may be a need for off-site travel. Exposure to communicable diseases, bloodborne pathogens, and potentially volatile patient populations may occur. Flexibility to work evenings, nights, weekends, and extended shifts is required as necessary.

Qualifications

Applicants must possess (or be eligible for) licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Vermont or be eligible to practice in Vermont through a multi-state license, along with a minimum of three (3) years of professional nursing experience in the relevant specialty.

NOTE: Maintaining Vermont licensure or a multi-state license as a Registered Nurse is a condition of employment.

Preferred Qualifications

A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.

Special Requirements

Overtime may be necessary to maintain minimum staffing levels and for unannounced regulatory inspections, which is considered a condition of employment. The ability to work overtime when required is an essential function of this role.
