We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Psychiatric Registered Nurse III to join our team at the Vermont Psychiatric Care Hospital (VPCH). Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive care plans for patients with complex psychiatric needs
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and develop strategies for improvement
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in accordance with hospital policies and procedures
- Possession of (or eligible for) licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Vermont OR eligible to practice in the state of Vermont via a multi-state license
- Three (3) years or more of professional nursing experience in the nursing specialty
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree
