Overview
As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of all machinery assigned to your department, adhering to established maintenance protocols and repair guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure optimal equipment functionality by performing necessary repairs, conducting troubleshooting, and maintaining accurate records.
2. Assess the feasibility and methods of repair through comprehensive knowledge and review of equipment specifications and requirements.
3. Uphold a safe and organized work environment by strictly following company safety regulations and procedures.
4. Foster a collaborative team atmosphere and enhance shop morale by exhibiting a positive and cooperative demeanor while fulfilling assigned tasks.
5. Utilize shop equipment to fabricate repair components as needed.
6. Stay updated with technical advancements by participating in seminars and training sessions.

Team Contribution
Participate actively in team efforts by engaging in job sharing, ensuring the cleanliness of the work area, and prioritizing the safety of guests and colleagues. Attend safety meetings, embrace diverse responsibilities, and maintain a friendly and professional attitude in all interactions.

Safety Responsibilities

5. Operate machinery safely to prevent injury to yourself or others.
6. Comply with legal driving regulations and company policies.

Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate the ability to perform essential duties effectively. The following qualifications are essential:
1. Completion of a one-year certificate program from a college or technical school; or
2. Three to six months of relevant experience and/or training; or
3. An equivalent combination of education and experience.
