Job Title: Sales Representative

Sales Representatives at Design Tanks are responsible for driving sales growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and clients. Their duties may include identifying new sales opportunities, following up on potential leads, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and establish contact with potential customers to increase sales revenue.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Attend industry trade shows to identify new sales opportunities and build relationships with existing customers.
  • Focus sales efforts by analyzing customer data and market trends to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Keep management informed by submitting regular activity and results reports.
  • Monitor competition by gathering market information on pricing, products, and marketing techniques.
  • Recommend marketing strategies to target specific regions or demographics.
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing industry publications.
Requirements:
  • Analyze customer requests and needs to provide tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and present company information to customers and stakeholders.
  • Adjust sales presentations to suit different customer needs and preferences.
  • Provide customers with product or feature recommendations.
  • Prepare quotes and proposals for customers.
  • Interact with customers to resolve discrepancies and negotiate agreements.
  • Consult with Operations Manager and Engineering to resolve questions or misunderstandings.
  • Read and interpret customer drawings and specifications.
