Are you a skilled professional looking for a challenging role where you can apply your technical expertise to improve patient care? We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Service Engineer to join our team in the Northeast region, covering Poughkeepsie, NY, and Waterbury, CT.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to provide technical support and service to customers in the field. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, testing, and troubleshooting complex solutions on IT networks to ensure high-quality service delivery. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical recommendations to customers based on their specific needs
  • Support the transition from a break-fix operating model to a customer-focused model
  • Drive continuous improvement of implementation methodology and service offerings
  • Actively participate as a member of the regional work team, collaborating with internal and external resources
  • Coordinate project resources and tasks to enable team members to focus on customer deliverables
Requirements:
  • Professional working experience in the IT technologies or electronics industry, preferably in a field or hospital-based service environment
  • Experience with patient monitoring, telemetry units, ventilators, and defibrillators highly preferred
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification required (or ability to obtain within 4 months)
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics, biomedical, or related disciplines, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Salary and Benefits:

The hourly pay range for this position in CT is $27.33 to $46.85, plus overtime eligible. The hourly pay range for this position in NY is $25.62 to $43.92, plus overtime eligible. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
