**Job Title:** Family Engagement Professional

**Location:** Mid-Hudson Region, New York

**Estimated Salary:** $45,000 - $60,000 per year

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Engagement Professional to join our team at St. Catherine's Center for Children. The successful candidate will work closely with families in the Mid-Hudson region to support their engagement with our programs and services.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to build trust with families, and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by children and families in need. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with families in the Mid-Hudson region to promote program participation
  • Assess family needs and develop individualized plans to support engagement
  • Collaborate with case managers to address social determinants and barriers to participation
  • Provide educational activities and respite care events to support family well-being

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with children and families in need
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
