Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our team as a Field Service Technician - Patient Monitoring. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and installation services to customers across various locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Install complex systems comprised of IT infrastructure and patient monitoring equipment
  • Diagnose and resolve electronic, networking, and mechanical problems
  • Travel across the specified geography to provide on-site support

Requirements

To excel in this position, you should have:

  • A degree in computer science, electronics, biomedical, or a related field
  • Professional experience in the IT technologies or electronics industry
  • Patient monitoring, telemetry units, ventilators, and defibrillators experience preferred

Compensation

This is a field-based role with a competitive hourly pay rate of $25.62 to $43.92 in NY and $27.33 to $46.85 in CT, plus overtime eligibility. You will also receive a comprehensive Total Rewards package, including PTO, 401(k), HSA, stock purchase plan, education reimbursement, and more.
