Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Laboratory Scientist to join our Blood Bank team at InsideHigherEd. As a Clinical Laboratory Scientist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of laboratory tests, while providing exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships across the organization.
  • Maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload.
  • Demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job.
  • Testify in court regarding testing activities if subpoenaed.
  • Work variable shifts and overtime as required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Current CA CLS License.
  • Possess the skill, knowledge, and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties.
  • Knowledge of University and medical center organizations, policies, procedures, and forms.
