As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting the General Counsel, a key member of our Executive Leadership Group (ELG). With a strong focus on delivering exceptional results, you'll work closely with other ELG division administrative assistants to drive success across the enterprise.

This dynamic role offers a wide range of responsibilities, including:
• Managing leader/division records and filing systems
• Scheduling meetings, speaking engagements, and travel arrangements (domestic and international)
• Composing, editing, and distributing division communication, including PowerPoint presentations
• Researching and obtaining information for routine and moderately complex reports and special assignments
• Attending leadership team meetings, tracking action items, and following up as needed

Are you up for the challenge? To excel in this role, you'll need:
• A minimum of 4 years of administrative experience supporting senior and/or executive-level organizational leaders; 6+ years preferred
• Superior verbal and written communication skills, including composing and editing written communication
• Well-organized with the ability to prioritize multiple projects with deadlines
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Project management skills and proven initiative
• Confidentiality when handling enterprise-wide confidential information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision plans, health savings account, tuition reimbursement, student loan repayment plan, annual paid leave, and outstanding 401(k) company match.
