Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight to the Office of Educational Affairs, ensuring alignment with the university's academic goals and objectives.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and develop a team of administrative staff, providing guidance and support to ensure effective program delivery.
  • Policy Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement policies and procedures that support the office's mission and goals.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring efficient use of resources and effective management of budgets.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between the office and other university departments, fostering strong relationships and ensuring effective communication.

Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in hospital administration, public or business administration, or equivalent.

  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to develop formal written reports, and experience with reporting and quality tracking for institutional accreditation purposes.
