Job Description

SUMMARY: The Administrative Support Coordinator coordinates and/or performs a wide variety of administrative and support activities in our Aircraft Maintenance department.

The Administrative Support Coordinator must uphold the philosophy and mission of the University while instilling a positive and progressive attitude in all employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct all duties and responsibilities ethically and professionally.
  • Maintain the highest ethical and professional standards in education.
  • Prepare maintenance reports for monthly tracking and annual budgetary needs.
  • Implement new inventory procedures as needed.
  • Maintain, order and update inventory for maintenance.
  • Send out oil samples weekly.
  • Ship and receive orders and approve invoices.
  • Compile inventory records and prepare requisitions for procurement of materials and supplies.
  • Data entry, tracking, and filing.
  • Communicate and maintain relationships with internal and external parties.
  • Assist in the execution of day-to-day business activities.
