Our approach integrates specialists in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to foster a collaborative and effective atmosphere for our clients and their families.

Position Overview:

We are in search of a committed Behavioral Support Technician (BST) to contribute to our mission. In this role, you will collaborate with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to improve social, communication, and adaptive living skills for children experiencing developmental difficulties.

If you are eager to enhance your skills and certifications in pediatric clinical therapy, we will provide support as you prepare for the RBT certification within your initial employment period.

Compensation:

  • $20 - $22/hr for full-time positions
  • Bilingual pay differential may be available for eligible candidates

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm
  • No weekend shifts required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate therapy sessions utilizing innovative and play-based instructional methods
  • Support a diverse range of behaviors within a team-oriented environment
  • Maintain precise electronic records and documentation pertaining to therapy sessions

Qualifications:

  • At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Current RBT certification
  • A minimum of 6 months experience as an RBT
  • Ability to pass background checks and obtain necessary clearance
  • Compassion and empathy for children, especially those with developmental challenges
  • High energy and physical capability to engage in activities such as running, standing, and lifting
  • Commitment to at least 6 months of continuous employment
