Current Opening: We are in search of Residential Support Specialists for our 21st Drive residential programs.

Work Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Job Summary

As a Residential Support Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, facilitating life skills training, providing pre-vocational support, maintaining documentation, managing cases, intervening in crises, and delivering individual or group counseling services to clients with serious mental health conditions in a residential setting. You will play a vital role in fostering a recovery-oriented atmosphere.

Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of six months of full-time experience in Behavioral Health or integrated health; OR
  • An Associate's degree in a related field with six weeks of full-time experience in Behavioral Health/integrated health; OR
  • A non-related Associate's degree with one year of full-time experience in behavioral health/integrated health; OR
  • A related bachelor's degree; OR
  • A non-related bachelor's degree with six months of relevant experience in behavioral health.
  • Must possess a valid MVR clearance.
  • Fingerprint clearance from the Arizona Department of Public Safety is required or must be eligible to obtain upon hire (as per program requirements).
