Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site visits as required.
  • Examine project documentation to ensure readiness.
  • Process USA tickets and site survey requests.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Assist in the project closure procedures.
  • Communicate adherence to project timelines and plans.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel applications.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possession of a valid Class C Driver's License.

Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Construction Administration is preferred.
