Job Description

Fairfield Inn & Suites Marriott seeks a highly skilled Sales Director to join its team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of the hotel industry and a passion for sales and marketing. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans, building relationships with local businesses, and staying ahead of the competition.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve revenue goals.
  2. Represent the hotel positively and professionally at all times.
  3. Respond promptly to all inquiries, leads, and correspondence within 24 hours.
  4. Cultivate relationships with local businesses and charitable organizations to drive revenue.
  5. Stay informed about competitor activities and industry trends, making recommendations for operational adjustments as needed.
  6. Maintain accurate and organized files and accounts, adhering to all established policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Two-five years of hotel sales experience
  • A High school diploma
  • Previous Marriott experience a plus
