Hotel Revenue Growth Specialist

Fairfield Inn & Suites Marriott seeks a highly skilled Sales Director to join its team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
About the Role
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of the hotel industry and a passion for sales and marketing. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans, building relationships with local businesses, and staying ahead of the competition.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve revenue goals.
- Represent the hotel positively and professionally at all times.
- Respond promptly to all inquiries, leads, and correspondence within 24 hours.
- Cultivate relationships with local businesses and charitable organizations to drive revenue.
- Stay informed about competitor activities and industry trends, making recommendations for operational adjustments as needed.
- Maintain accurate and organized files and accounts, adhering to all established policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Two-five years of hotel sales experience
- A High school diploma
- Previous Marriott experience a plus
