Position Overview
This role involves the collection and preparation of carrier commission statements for processing using various software tools including File Explorer, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Adobe Acrobat. The position requires meticulous attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of commission files through effective problem-solving techniques and established data validation processes. You will also be responsible for addressing inquiries from colleagues and other departments, as well as external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather commission statements from multiple carriers utilizing predetermined methods.
  • Compile weekly and monthly commission reports.
  • Examine data entries, calculations, and outputs with a keen eye for detail to identify and rectify discrepancies promptly.
  • Summarize and present commission calculations for review.
  • Provide timely responses to commission-related inquiries from other departments.
  • Monitor, investigate, and resolve calculation-related issues and disputes.
  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of best practices and processes to improve efficiency and minimize errors.
  • Assist with annual audit requirements concerning compensation distributions.
  • Handle ad-hoc analytical requests as needed.
Qualifications
  • A High School diploma is preferred.
