Position Overview:

As a Revenue Management Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Executing essential revenue management functions encompassing Reimbursement, Financial Analysis, General Accounting, and Decision Support.
  • Carrying out additional responsibilities as required.

Essential Qualifications:

Education:

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • Or: Bachelor’s degree in Finance
  • Or: Bachelor’s degree in a Related Field
  • Consideration will be given to candidates with an unrelated Bachelor’s degree coupled with three years of professional-level experience in reimbursement or revenue cycle management.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year in Finance
  • Minimum of 1 year in Healthcare
  • Minimum of 1 year in Reimbursement

Work Environment:

Facility: BayCare Health System, Revenue Management Services-BCHS

Status: Full Time, Exempt

Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Weekend Work: None

On Call: No

Remote Work: Hybrid
