Support Professional for Individuals with Disabilities

Vinfen is a nonprofit, health and human services organization providing community-based services to individuals with mental health conditions, intellectual and developmental disabilities, brain injuries, and behavioral health challenges. We are seeking a qualified Support Professional for Individuals with Disabilities to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with people with developmental disabilities and/or acquired brain injury. Strong time management and writing skills are essential for this role. A valid US driver's license and ability to become CPR, First Aid certified within 2 weeks of employment are also required.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities and/or acquired brain injury in a small group residential setting or individual living arrangement.
- Implement treatment plans and assist with activities of daily living.
- Administer medication under the Medication Administration Plan (MAP).
- Nightly cleaning and filing responsibilities.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services related field preferred.
- Experience working with people with developmental disabilities and/or acquired brain injury strongly preferred.
- Strong time management and writing skills.
- All applicants must be at least 21 years of age and have a current, valid, US drivers' license for at least 6 months.
- All applicants must be able to become CPR, First Aid certified within 2 weeks of employment and MAP certified within 150 days of employment.
$19.75 per hour
