Luxury Sales Ambassador

As a Patient Care Coordinator (Aesthetic Sales) at LaserAway, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales of our hair removal and non-surgical cosmetic services. If you are a confident, high-integrity, customer-centric individual with a track record of sales success, we want to hear from you.
You will handle consultations and generate enthusiasm for our non-invasive procedures, supported by warm leads provided by our expert marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments with warm leads, conduct consultations, and describe LaserAway's treatments.
- Build rapport with potential patients, explain product and service capabilities, overcome objections, and prepare financing contracts with lenders like Care Credit.
- Introduce new products and services to existing accounts.
- Upsell additional products and services to ensure continued client engagement.
- Check patients in/out, ensure a positive experience, maintain a clean and professional clinic.
- Restock inventory, light cleaning, assist clinicians with room turnover, and uphold brand standards.
- Greet patients warmly, offer beverages, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Follow LaserAway policies and protocols.
- Required to work on weekends on a weekly basis.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years sales experience required, commission base structure preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay attentive to patients, and be flexible to business needs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.
