Position Overview
The Commonwealth of Virginia is seeking a dedicated professional to provide comprehensive nutrition services across various community settings. This role is essential in promoting public health through effective dietary guidance and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough nutritional assessments and evaluations in clinics, schools, and community environments.
- Develop and oversee personalized nutritional care plans and food packages tailored to client needs.
- Certify clients for participation in available public health initiatives.
- Schedule and deliver both basic and advanced nutrition education sessions, documenting outcomes effectively.
- Facilitate referrals to essential programs such as Medicaid, AFDC, and SNAP benefits.
- Perform related administrative duties as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications
