Job Summary:

DaVita is seeking a skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team. As a Registered Dietitian, you will play a vital role in the care of our patients, working closely with the healthcare team to develop personalized nutrition plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze lab results and educate patients and their families on nutrition recommendations
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
Conduct nutritional assessments and provide recommendations for patients with chronic kidney disease
Educate patients and their families on healthy eating habits and nutrition

Requirements:

State licensure required if licensure is available in the state where the facility is located
Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or similar area required
Ability to work flexible schedules, possibly for multiple facilities and travel when needed
Successful completion of the Competency Assessment for Renal Dietitians (CARD) with a score of at least 80% required
