Technical Lead, Digital High Performance Computing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead, Digital High Performance Computing to join our team at Raytheon Technologies. As a key member of our Digital Technology organization, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise in the design, development, and implementation of high-performance computing solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the HPC team on the design, development, and implementation of high-performance computing solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize HPC requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards for HPC systems and applications.
- Work with the Cybersecurity team to ensure that HPC systems and applications meet security requirements and compliance standards.
- Provide training and support to junior team members on HPC systems and applications.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in HPC and apply that knowledge to improve our solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience in HPC systems administration, development, and implementation.
- Strong understanding of HPC architectures, systems, and applications.
- Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems, as well as HPC-specific tools and technologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with project management and leadership in a DT domain.
- Knowledge of scripting languages, such as Python or Bash.
- Experience with automation and management tools, such as Ansible or OpenShift.
- Knowledge of cloud environments, such as AWS or Azure.
