Technical Lead for High Performance Computing

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead for High Performance Computing to join our team at Raytheon Careers. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise in the design, development, and implementation of high-performance computing systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical leadership and expertise in the design, development, and implementation of high-performance computing systems.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that high-performance computing systems meet the needs of the business.
- Develop and implement technical strategies to improve the performance and efficiency of high-performance computing systems.
- Collaborate with engineers and developers to design and implement high-performance computing systems.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in high-performance computing systems.
- Strong technical skills in high-performance computing systems, including hardware, software, and networking.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with high-performance computing scheduling and monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of high-performance computing systems, including hardware, software, and networking.
- Experience with scripting for automated tasks.
- Red Hat Certified System Administrator or Red Hat Certified Engineer.
We offer a competitive salary range of $118,000 - $246,000 and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.
