We are seeking a highly skilled High Performance Computing (HPC) professional to join our team at Raytheon Digital Technology. Key Responsibilities- Work as a team member in a fast-paced technological environment to develop and implement new technologies based on industry best practices.
- Use troubleshooting techniques to resolve technical problems at a high scope and complexity, including the integration of HPC hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Lead and support the engineering community in understanding software tools, automated scripts, batch schedulers, hardware, and system-level troubleshooting.
- Perform OS tuning to maximize system performance on high-performance computing systems and work across DT functions to standardize processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with Cybersecurity professionals to maintain security compliance requirements and provide documentation and training on advanced DT HPC processes and procedures.
- Mentor junior team members and ensure the team's technical expertise is up-to-date.
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience.
- 2 years of experience in Windows and/or Linux Server Environments, including directory services management and system hardening.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance.
- Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux, High Performance Computing scheduling and monitoring tools, and Project Leadership, Management, or Project management.
- Active DoD Secret Clearance and hands-on experience with Windows and Unix security hardening, systems integrations, advanced troubleshooting, and authentication service integration (LDAP).
