Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Planning: Develop and deliver a wide range of planning products and services, including Area Development Plans, Installation Development Plans, Capital Improvements Plans, and other specialized planning documents.
  • Project Management: Oversee the production of planning products and services, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address planning needs, and provide guidance on planning principles and best practices.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior leadership, to ensure planning products and services meet their needs and expectations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Community Development, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in facilities planning, urban planning, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong technical planning skills, excellent communication and project management skills, and proficiency in Geospatial Information Systems (GIS) and other planning software.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Urban Planning, Community Development, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in planning or a related field.
  • Experience working with government agencies or private sector organizations.
