Key Responsibilities
  • Lead comprehensive market research to identify market trends, competitor analysis, and consumer behaviors.
  • Utilize both qualitative and quantitative research methods to gather and analyze data and translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for product teams and senior management.
  • Develop and implement surveys, focus groups, and customer feedback mechanisms to capture insights.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, brand experience, product development, and sales teams to align research findings with business objectives.
  • Monitor industry trends and market conditions to anticipate opportunities and potential risks.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables.
  • Stay updated on emerging research trends and tools, including the use of AI in market research methods, to continuously improve research methodologies and offerings to key internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field.
  • 3-5 years experience in market research, customer insights, or a related analytical role.
  • Strong proficiency in research methodologies, statistical analysis, and data interpretation.
  • Experience with survey design, qualitative research techniques, and data visualization.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in market research tools and software (e.g., Qualtrics, NPD, Tableau) is preferred.
  • Prior experience in consumer electronics, technology, or a related field is a plus.
