Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse - Behavioral Health to join our team. As a Behavioral Health Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with behavioral health needs in a home care setting. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and treat patients with behavioral health needs in a home care setting
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote healthy behaviors and improve overall well-being
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements
  • Current, unrestricted state RN license
  • 1+ years of experience in a clinical care setting as a nurse
  • Able and willing to travel within branch/office coverage area
  • Must have a dependable vehicle, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance in accordance with state laws
  • Must be able and willing to travel 50%
