Solutions Engineer for Enterprise Accounts

As a Solutions Engineer at T-Mobile, you will play a critical role in partnering with Business Sales to sell T-Mobile for Business products and services. You will leverage your strong technical skills, experience, and industry knowledge to consult with customers, identify their business challenges, and develop solutions that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with Business Sales to sell T-Mobile for Business products and services
- Consult with customers to understand their business challenges and develop solutions
- Architect and design solutions utilizing T-Mobile or partner business solutions, equipment, and network
- Provide technical support in sales presentations, product demonstrations, and customer technical inquiries
- Support Business Sales by reviewing customer opportunities and sales funnels
- Stay up-to-date with relevant technologies and industry trends
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Sales Ops, and Care teams as needed
- 4-7 years of experience in telecommunications, IT administration, or network engineering roles
- Professional track record of successful solution sales and managing internal/external relationships in a matrix environment
- Experience supporting Enterprise and Public Sector accounts
- Technical leadership and project management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Sales experience with sales methodologies
- Proficiency with business application software
- Strategic leadership and technical presentation skills
