Key Responsibilities- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions, including variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including GMP, FDA, and OSHA regulations, and maintain accurate records of financial documents and supporting materials.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Team Support: Provide financial support to the operations team, including assistance with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in accounting or a related field, with a strong background in financial analysis and reporting.
- Skills: Excellent communication and analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with ERP systems, previous experience in a FDA-regulated manufacturing facility, and knowledge of GMP regulations.
- Competitive Salary: $70k-77k annual salary (exempt).
