Financial Operations Associate Responsibilities
The Financial Operations Associate will be tasked with organizing and maintaining financial records related to accounts payable. You will be responsible for processing payments, generating monthly financial reports, and providing support to the Accounts Payable Supervisor as needed. This role serves as a key link between the organization and various insurance entities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and distribute payments from the company's trust account
  • Create monthly account statements or reports of transactions
  • Reconcile discrepancies between the organization and insurance statements
  • Inform the servicing Producer of any financial irregularities
  • Ensure timely and accurate payments to insurance companies
  • Assist the Accounts Payable Supervisor in reconciling company payables with the general ledger

Qualifications for the Financial Operations Associate Role:

  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic understanding of accounting terminology
  • Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet applications
  • Able to operate general office equipment and file documents
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
