Tangible Materials, Inc. offers a software solution tailored for real estate developers and general contractors, enabling them to assess, comprehend, and mitigate the embodied carbon footprint of their projects across the board.

ROLE DETAILS

Work Arrangement: Fully remote or hybrid options available

Candidate Profile:

As the Account Manager at Tangible Materials, Inc., you will oversee client relationships and ensure the delivery of high-quality, timely outcomes. We are looking for an individual with a technical background in structural engineering, engineering consultancy, construction, or architecture who is eager to thrive in a dynamic, early-stage climate technology firm and is passionate about advancing significant client projects.

Qualifications:

  • Professional experience in the AEC sector with a minimum of 2 years at an engineering consultancy, architectural firm, or general contracting company. Licensure is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with embodied carbon considerations throughout the design and construction phases.
  • Strong organizational abilities complemented by project management experience.
  • Proficiency in Revit software.
  • A keen interest in learning about technical specifications related to emerging regulations and industry standards concerning embodied carbon.
  • Experience in ensuring high-quality outputs, including reviewing and providing quality assurance on team members' work.
  • A proactive approach to project management, capable of troubleshooting and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a desire to collaborate within tight-knit, cross-functional teams.
  • An analytical mindset focused on process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the client relationship throughout the project lifecycle, including understanding client needs, establishing success metrics, and maintaining communication during implementation.
  • Overseeing and mentoring team members in project delivery and addressing technical inquiries.
  • Developing processes to meet new client requirements, scale customer implementation efficiently, and enhance the quality of delivered results.
  • Conducting quality assurance assessments to ensure the delivery of high-quality, consistent outcomes.
  • Collaborating closely with sales and product teams to align timelines and expectations effectively.
