Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Tech Supervisor to join our team at Sequoyah Adolescent Treatment Center. This individual will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our treatment program and working closely with clinical, educational, and other milieu staff.
About the Position:
This position involves direct supervision of Mental Health Technicians, contributing to the development and implementation of treatment plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve resident goals. The successful candidate will have a strong background in crisis prevention intervention, trauma-informed care, and leadership.
