Child and Adolescent Care Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Child and Adolescent Care Coordinator to join our Behavioral and Mental Health team. In this role, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
About the RoleThis position requires a strong understanding of child and adolescent development, behavior management techniques, and effective communication strategies. You will work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
The estimated salary for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct assessments and progress monitoring to ensure patient needs are being met
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Manage crisis situations and develop de-escalation strategies
Essential requirements include:
- Related education and experience may be substituted for one another on a year-for-year basis
- High School or GED Equivalent
- Training in child and adolescent mental health care
Non-essential requirements include:
- Bilingual English, Spanish, Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
