Position Overview


The Culinary Service Associate plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of food service. Responsibilities include monitoring food temperatures, maintaining a clean serving area, preparing and serving meals, restocking supplies, and handling transactions using a computerized register.

Adherence to Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) guidelines is essential. Exceptional customer service and effective communication with patrons and colleagues are key components of this role.


Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the serving area.
  • Prepare and serve food items in accordance with safety standards.
  • Restock food supplies as needed.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications


Applicants must be at least 16 years old. Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred. Candidates should possess basic math skills and the ability to follow written and oral instructions. On-the-job training will be provided.
