Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of 25 or more employees in housekeeping, laundry, and linen tasks.
  • Provide leadership, direction, and equity in dealing with all employees.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance for sanitation, patients, guests, and employees.
  • Coordinate rental linen and uniform efforts.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 1-year Housekeeping experience in a hospital setting.
  • Familiarity with Joint Commission requirements.
  • Familiarity with chemical sanitizers and general housekeeping functions.
