Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team at Bojangles. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, managing staff, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including customer service, food quality, and inventory management.
  • Manage a team of staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, food costs, and other expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in the quick-service industry.
  • Proven track record of success in managing staff, driving sales growth, and controlling costs.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
