POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Nurse to join our compassionate caregiving team at Weatherford Healthcare Center. The ideal candidate will oversee all nursing duties during their shifts, which includes managing patient admissions and discharges, coordinating nursing rounds, and administering medications. We are looking for a highly skilled and organized individual who prioritizes safety, security, and patient well-being in every aspect of their work. QUALIFICATIONS:

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the essential duties satisfactorily.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Candidates must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited institution or be a graduate of an approved RN program.

A valid driver's license or reliable transportation to and from work is necessary.

A minimum of one (1) year of experience as a nursing assistant in a skilled rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or Long-Term Care (LTC) setting is preferred.

Familiarity with electronic medical records is advantageous.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Candidates must hold a current and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state.
