Mobility Support CNA in Long-Term Care Facility

We are seeking a dedicated Mobility Support Aide to join our compassionate caregiving team at Weatherford Healthcare Center. The Mobility Support Aide will engage directly with individuals who have mobility challenges, assisting with wheelchairs and walkers to ensure safe, non-emergency transportation for medical appointments and treatments. We are looking for a committed, empathetic, and energetic individual to serve as a crucial link between our patients and the nursing staff, enhancing the overall care experience.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR MOBILITY SUPPORT CNA:
To excel in this role, candidates must effectively perform each essential duty.

High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Possession of a valid driver's license or reliable transportation to and from work.
Must be at least 25 years old with an acceptable driving record as verified by the relevant authorities.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
Experience with electronic medical records is preferred.
Prior experience in providing services to individuals with developmental, learning, or physical disabilities is advantageous.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:Current valid driver's license.
CNA certification.
