Restaurant Operations Manager

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Wooden Paddle. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

**Responsibilities**

* Hire and develop a high-performing restaurant team
* Champion playful hospitality and the 'good-time guest experience'
* Run top-notch operations, ensuring that our restaurant runs smoothly from open to close
* Drive restaurant profitability, maximizing sales and controlling costs
* Be an ambassador in the local community, building relationships and promoting our brand

**Requirements**

* At least 5 years of high-volume restaurant experience in a General Manager role
* Upscale or fine-dining experience in a General Manager role is a major plus
* Experience with new restaurant openings is a major plus
* Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or similar is preferred
* Must be at least 21 years old
* Must have open availability
* Must have the ability to regularly work 50+ hours per week
* Must have a valid driver's license and sole access to a personal vehicle
* Must have current ServSafe Manager and BASSET Certifications
