**Company Overview:** Alvita Care is a leading provider of home care services in Brooklyn/Queens, seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team. Our mission is to deliver high-quality care to seniors and individuals in need, while building strong relationships with referral sources and healthcare professionals.

In this role, you will be responsible for advancing the company's sales to meet or exceed revenue goals by building and maintaining relationships with referral sources in the community. This includes ensuring the satisfaction of your referral sources through the sales process to foster the longevity of that business relationship.

As a Sales Development Manager, you will be the face of Alvita Care in the field, serving as an advocate for older adults and working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the provision of high-quality service. You will spend most of your time working with referral sources in the Healthcare ecosystem, including contacts such as senior living communities, geriatric care managers, skilled nursing facilities, and hospitals.

This is an excellent opportunity for a go-getter who is energized by a changing and complex environment with several moving parts. You will be passionate about creating awareness about long-term care services in the local communities we serve, establishing strong working partnerships with internal stakeholders, and driving synergy among all involved parties.

The ideal candidate for this position has strong emotional intelligence and high integrity, with a proven track record of success in sales development and account management. You will need to establish credibility and build trusted relationships with a variety of colleagues, referral sources, external stakeholders, and other key contacts both internally and externally.
