Job Description:

Summary

The Premium Sales Manager is responsible for developing and cultivating client relationships and new premium seating clients throughout the NYC Tri-State area. With enhanced premium offerings recently opened in 2023 & 2024, this position will focus on the sale of annual suite leases, club seating, and daily suite rentals.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Consistently meet and exceed revenue goals and expectations set forth by the leadership team and organization.
  • Generate leads through self-prospecting, referrals, and prospecting tools provided by the organization.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers from corporate accounts.
  • Engage with prospects through outbound calls, out of office meetings, virtual meetings/tours, stadium tours and through entertaining at games.
  • Selling suite leases, premium seating, and all ticket products under New York Mets ticket sales department.
  • Providing a high level of service to prospects and clients, and to assist Premium Experience team in renewals and overall account management.
  • Attend and sometimes lead team meetings, as well as event-related meetings.
  • Utilize CRM system effectively and proficiently to ensure best sales practices and accountability.
  • Perform all other tasks and responsibilities as directed.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of premium/luxury sales and B2B sales experience preferred.
  • Experience selling seven figure deals on preferred multiyear contracts.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong comfort level in speaking and meeting with high-level decision makers and end users within companies.
  • Knowledge of sports and entertainment industry/business preferred.
  • Ability to communicate well and maintain/build deep relationships with premium clients.
  • Availability to work weekends and evenings when necessary.
  • Strategic and dynamic thinking, as well as strong organizational skills required.
  • Strong time management skills required for success in this position.
  • Knowledge of NY Tri-state market preferred.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $105,000
