We are seeking a highly skilled Branch Operations Coordinator to join our National Branch Network team in the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting customer experience and operational activities.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by accurately processing and approving teller transactions, sharing digital solutions, and making introductions to bankers.
- Operational Activities: Complete tasks efficiently through knowledge of bank procedures and products, while minimizing risks under established policies.
- Team Support: Assist the Branch manager in operational tasks and scheduling, and support customers and employees in resolving or escalating concerns or complaints.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues related to daily operations of the teller line, under direction of regional banking management.
- Experience: 2+ years of customer service and issue resolution experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Cash Handling: Experience with cash handling and ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts.
- Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers and employees.
- Leadership: Ability to motivate a diverse team to achieve full potential and meet established business objectives.
- Competitive Pay: $20.00-$27.69 per hour, with potential for a 5% hourly base pay differential increase.
