The Role:
In this position, you will focus on discovering, engaging, and finalizing partnerships with sports content creators on social media platforms, specifically Twitter and Instagram. Your primary objective will be to cultivate meaningful relationships that enhance our service offerings and elevate our brand presence. You will be instrumental in propelling our marketing initiatives and broadening our influence within the sports community.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and analyze sports content creators with significant followings on Twitter and Instagram.
2. Present and advocate for our promotional offerings to content creators, emphasizing the advantages and value they bring.
3. Negotiate agreements and finalize partnerships in collaboration with the Growth Team.
4. Maintain an organized database of contacts and nurture ongoing relationships with influencers.
5. Work alongside the marketing and partnerships team to ensure outreach strategies align with overall marketing objectives.
6. Monitor and report on outreach and sales activities, including success metrics and influencer feedback.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Demonstrated experience in sales, outreach, or influencer marketing, ideally within the sports sector.
2. Strong familiarity with social media platforms, particularly Twitter and Instagram.
3. Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
4. Capability to work autonomously and manage multiple outreach initiatives concurrently.
5. A genuine passion for sports and technology is advantageous.
6. Innovative thinker with a strategic approach.
7. Comfortable operating in a dynamic startup environment.
Please note that this role is contract-based and does not constitute full-time employment. As an independent contractor, you will enjoy the flexibility to manage your own schedule and workload. We have established a targeted compensation range for this contract position, reflecting the cost of labor across various U.S. markets. Salary ranges are determined by role and level, with pay varying based on location. The anticipated hourly compensation for this position is between $30 and $50.
Within this range, individual starting pay may differ based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications, in addition to location.
