Job Summary

The Brand Manager for Retail will play a key role in driving business growth and brand awareness for our Retail dessert brand and Van's portfolio. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to drive sales volume, share, and profit objectives
  • Manage budgets and marketing spend for assigned product categories
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business initiatives receive necessary focus
  • Identify opportunities for growth through market research and competitive intelligence
  • Develop consumer positioning and brand strategies to create engagement and loyalty
  • Manage the development and introduction of new products in cooperation with Insights & Innovation team
  • Work with sales organization to ensure corporate objectives are met
  • Direct advertising agencies and suppliers in the development and implementation of marketing strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA/Advanced degree strongly preferred
  • Minimum 3 years CPG brand management experience required
  • Demonstrated understanding and application of consumer insights required
  • In-depth understanding of P&L required
  • Strong communication skills and strategic thinking required
  • Proven track record in managing and meeting volume and profit targets required
