Core Responsibilities

In the role of Senior Product Support Specialist, you will be instrumental in aiding Product Line Management (PLM) through your technical knowledge and administrative support.

Engineering Development Assistance:

  • Contribute to the establishment of product requirements and specifications
  • Offer user insights during product development phases
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues
  • Engage in Trouble Report Review Boards
  • Support engineering evaluations in the field
  • Oversee capital assets within the PLM department

Product Maintenance Support:

  • Administer product descriptions and technical documentation
  • Generate product release documentation
  • Foster relationships with the Product Service team

Sales and Program Assistance:

  • Examine technical documents for precision
  • Collaborate with the sales team on emerging opportunities
  • Deliver technical assistance for new product launches
  • Monitor new product demonstration resources
  • Participate in Opportunity Review sessions
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years of experience using Night Vision Devices
  • 5+ years of experience in product support roles
  • 3+ years of experience in delivering technical presentations
  • Strong leadership capabilities and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%
  • Eligibility to obtain Security Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Sales Force or strategic roles
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
