Administrative GIS Support Specialist

Atlas Field Services is seeking an experienced Administrative GIS Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Transmission Vegetation Management department, you will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, data management, and GIS-related activities within our work management system.

Key Responsibilities- Manage administrative functions, including expense reporting, scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within our Clearion GIS work management system.
- Develop and present analytical reports and documentation related to vegetation management.
- Provide expert-level GIS support, including spatial analysis, map production, and geospatial modeling.
- Conduct field data collection and verification processes.
- Collaborate with senior management, internal teams, and external agencies to ensure strategic alignment and accurate data reporting.
- Mentor and train junior staff members on administrative and GIS-related tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and GIS/work management systems.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
