Inside Sales Specialist

We are seeking a motivated inside sales specialist to contribute to our business expansion efforts. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional persuasive abilities to convert potential customers into qualified leads. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive on engaging with clients and closing deals.
Compensation:$150,000 at plan yearly
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and forward qualified leads to the inbound sales team for client conversion and prompt response.
- Analyze and report on essential performance and sales metrics monthly and quarterly to ensure sales objectives are met.
- Manage the client database to ensure the sales team has access to up-to-date information on all prospects.
- Explore new business opportunities within your designated area.
- Generate new qualified leads for the sales pipeline by following up with prospects through various communication methods.
- Familiarity with the sales process and CRM tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory; a college degree is preferred.
- Excellent time management, communication (both written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.
- A minimum of two years of prior sales experience.
- Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license and be willing to travel as necessary.
